By using this website and the services provided by Brown Bear Quilting Services LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointment-Only Studio



Brown Bear Quilting Services LLC is a home-based studio (not a retail storefront). To ensure the safety and privacy of our home and the security of our clients' quilts, all drop-offs and pickups are strictly by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives without a scheduled appointment.

Quilt Preparation & Intake

Clients are responsible for following the guidelines in our Quilt Preparation Guide. If a quilt top requires significant repair, cleaning, or pressing to be safely loaded onto the Gammill longarm system, additional "Shop Fees" may apply, which will be discussed before work begins.

Liability & Irreplaceable Items

While we treat every quilt with the utmost reverence and professional care, Brown Bear Quilting Services LLC is not liable for:

• Minor variations in stitch appearance due to fabric quality or seam thickness.
• Mechanical failure of equipment (though we maintain our Gammill system to the highest standards).
• Damage occurring to items left at our studio for more than 60 days following the completion notice (Abandoned Projects).

Intellectual Property & Ethical Credits

All photography and copy on this website are the property of Brown Bear Quilting Services LLC. We ethically credit all digital quilting pattern designers. Clients who share photos of finished quilts provided by us are encouraged to maintain these credits.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the project, at or before the time of pickup. We accept cash and major credit cards.
